Complete your visit to the Braemar Gathering with a visit to the Duke of Rothesay Highland Games Pavilion, named after Prince Charles’s Scottish title.
The Pavilion, officially opened by Her Majesty The Queen at the 2018 Gathering, is home to a fascinating exhibition telling the unique story of the Braemar Gathering and the 200 year old organisation behind it, the Braemar
Royal Highland Society. Through objects, documents and costumes, discover how the Gathering’s continuing link with the Royal Family began with Queen Victoria, learn about Highland games activities, and see original Highlander uniforms, complete with kilts!
PLEASE NOTE: Those purchasing an exhibition ticket must also be in possession of at least a grounds entry ticket to the 2020 Braemar Gathering.
Entry to the exhibition on the day of the Gathering is by pre-booked half hour slots.
The ticket permits entry to the Exhibition Hall and Baxter Room only. For opening times and admission prices on other days please refer to our website: https://www.highlandgamescentre.org
